I wrote this sentence "There is always a way we do our work" on Nov 11 last year. Now, I am happy to get my third conference paper. :-) Not because the conference is well-known one. (Actually, the conference is quite lousy one.) Just becasue I worte this paper based on very lousy project. :P Many people including myself and my supervisor believe that the project I was assinged has no value for research. This is totally industrial project. I was depressed for being assigned for this project. I tried to motivate myself to keep moving on. But, it was very difficult and painful path. Sometimes, I felt like giving up. Sometimes, I hate myself for being here. Sometimes, I hate my fate...I know what I have done is more towards implementation, and I knew there is no research interest..and I could not get paper for any computer vision conference or high-impact computer vision journals...So, I decided to write for application oriented conference. But, there is no support from my supervisor. My supvisor still wanted to aim for computer vision related conferences. I faced a big dilemma of disobeying my supervisor or losing my chance to write to the conference what I think most suited. Finally, I decided to write on my own and submited at the last minute. Though it is not a well-known conference, I am happy to get this conferece paper because this is somehow proved that I can overcome all obstacles.
